Research before recommendations

We review your public business website and what you tell us. We separate observed facts from assumptions about internal workflows. We do not assume a tool is missing simply because it is not visible online.

Explore possibilities together

Our examples are suggestions, not the only options. Your project can be entirely different. We start with what you tell us about your work, a recent example when useful, and what you would prefer. We ask relevant questions and follow your priorities before proposing a solution. Sometimes the useful next step is a clearer process or a checklist; sometimes it is a tool or the first stage of a larger idea.

Agree on the scope

Before building, we agree on the deliverable, required inputs, acceptance checks, revisions, handoff, and any ongoing costs. Larger projects can be divided into useful stages. Access to accounts or integrations is discussed separately.

Build, check, and hand over

We start with made-up or redacted data where possible, check the agreed behavior, and explain how to use the result and its limitations. AI-assisted work still needs testing; we do not guarantee revenue, savings, or error-free operation.

You choose the payment

Try the agreed finished work, then pay what you feel it is worth. There is no minimum. Hosting, software, and other third-party costs are only separate when discussed and agreed before work begins.
