What does it cost?
We agree on what we will make first. You try the finished work, then pay what you feel it is worth. There is no minimum, including if you choose zero. Any third-party costs are discussed before we start.
Why offer it this way?
I am building Ice Digital through useful work and local relationships. Payments support the work, AI tools, and computing resources that help me serve more businesses. You do not owe a testimonial, referral, or future purchase.
Do I need to know what to ask for?
No. Start with your situation, a task, or a goal. We can talk through what happens now and what you would prefer. The examples are only suggestions; your project can be entirely different.
Can we do more than a small fix?
Yes. Larger ideas are welcome in manageable stages with an agreed result, checks, revision limit, and handoff. Ongoing maintenance is not automatically included.
Will I need another subscription?
Not necessarily. We favor tools you can keep and use without ongoing AI costs. If your project needs hosting, an API, or paid software, we discuss the costs and who pays before starting.
Do you need passwords or customer records?
Not to explore ideas. Start with public information and made-up or redacted examples. Access and data handling for integrations are agreed separately. Do not send passwords or private customer information through this form.
