Ice Digital is operated by Isaak Moore in Tucson, Arizona. This policy explains the information used to research project ideas, communicate with businesses, and deliver agreed work.

Information we use

We may use public business information, inquiry forms, information you send by email, correspondence, agreed project inputs, correction requests, and consent records. Start with made-up or redacted examples rather than private customer data.

Why we use it

We use information to suggest and scope projects, deliver agreed work, communicate with you, maintain accurate records, and prevent unwanted outreach. Existing records from earlier research or referral work remain subject to their original consent.

Provider introductions

Ice Digital does not sell contact lists. We share contact and company information with a specific service provider only after the business requests and authorizes that introduction. Service providers are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.

Service vendors and AI tools

Hosting, email, recordkeeping, and AI service vendors may process information when those services are used for research, drafting, or agreed project work. Do not send secrets or private customer records through the inquiry form. Before using private business data in a project, we agree on appropriate access and processing with you. We collect only what the workflow reasonably requires.

Retention and choices

We retain research, correspondence, consent, referral, and audit records only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, and suppression of unwanted outreach. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing isaakmoore@icedigital.agency. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.

Business use

The service is intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses. It is not directed to children or intended for consumer financial, medical, employment, housing, or insurance decisions.
