Ice Digital, operated by Isaak Moore, builds practical AI-assisted tools and improvements for businesses.

Pay what you feel it is worth

For projects agreed under this offer, you try the agreed finished work and choose the payment afterward. There is no minimum payment, including if you choose zero. There is no required subscription, testimonial, referral, or future purchase. Payments support the business; they are not represented as charitable donations.

Scope before work begins

Submitting a request starts a conversation, not a project commitment. We agree on the deliverable, inputs, acceptance checks, revision boundary, handoff, and timing before starting. Larger work may be split into separate stages. Ongoing support and maintenance are not automatically included.

Third-party costs

Hosting, APIs, software, and other third-party costs must be discussed and agreed before work begins. We will explain who is responsible for them. This offer does not include an unlimited allowance for recurring costs.

Testing and limitations

AI-assisted tools can make mistakes. We check the agreed functionality and explain known limitations. We do not guarantee business results, revenue, savings, or error-free operation. Important outputs should be reviewed by an appropriate person before use.

Access and information

Requests must come from someone authorized to act for the business. Do not submit passwords or private customer records through the inquiry form. Start with made-up or redacted examples. Any integration, private-system access, publication, or live customer messaging requires a separate agreement on scope and authorization.

Questions

Email isaakmoore@icedigital.agency about the project, a correction, privacy, or stopping outreach. Previously agreed work retains its separately agreed scope and terms.
