Share the situation
Bring the client's request, what happens today, and the outcome they want. A redacted example can help. An open question is welcome too.

Agree on the roles
Decide who speaks with the client, who provides inputs, and who reviews the work. We agree on access, costs, and responsibilities before starting.

Build a useful stage
Define the deliverable, checks, and revision limit. I build the agreed piece so it can be tried in the context it is meant for.

Hand it over clearly
Review how to use it, its limitations, and who maintains it. Further stages and ongoing support are agreed separately.

I'm Isaak, based in Tucson. For the agreed Ice Digital work, you try the finished result, then pay what you feel it is worth. There is no minimum, including $0. Any third-party costs are discussed and agreed before work begins.
I take on at most three active projects at once. We'll confirm availability and the first milestone together. Any referral or wider partnership arrangement needs its own agreement.
